Couldn't be more happier with the service I received from the staff in the service department. Specifically my service writer Ric & service director Eric. I was having an issue with the lift gates on my 2012 the staff in the service department. Specifically my service writer Ric & service director Eric. I was having an issue with the lift gates on my 2012 Rogue. They were able to diagnose quickly and fix immediately. The price was extremely fair and less expensive than the other Nissan stores I visited. I would go back to these guys in a heart beat!! More

Said they would put the filter back in but I asked for a new one due to the inconvenience. They said no so I asked to speak to a manager who still hasn't returned my call. If we're not already in bad times. Where was the sanitizer in your building? I would never do you shuttle again. The gentleman who drove had his ear buds in the whole time. No conversation. For someone that cleans your cars I would think the shuttle it self would be immaculate. The shuttle was FILTHY!!!!! I'd take a Uber any day over taking this shuttle ever again. I would've tipped him, but why?? Going to a dealership I would think your service would be outstanding. On top of leaving me a dirty filter and additional parts left behind in my vehicle.
