If we're not already in bad times. Where was the sanitizer in your building? I would never do you shuttle again. The gentleman who drove had his ear buds in the whole time. No conversation. For someone that cleans your cars I would think the shuttle it self would be immaculate. The shuttle was FILTHY!!!!! I'd take a Uber any day over taking this shuttle ever again. I would've tipped him, but why?? Going to a dealership I would think your service would be outstanding. On top of leaving me a dirty filter and additional parts left behind in my vehicle. Come to find out you forgot to put the filter back in. It's too bad your service was so terrible as I really enjoyed sales. I will be taking my service to Naperville. Said they would put the filter back in but I asked for a new one due to the inconvenience. They said no so I asked to speak to a manager who still hasn't returned my call. I will buy a new filter and install myself. However, I will not be bringing my vehicle back here again for service. Nor will I buy another vehicle from them... More
