They did a good job in analyzing the problem with the transmission. However, I AGAIN asked them not to change the seat position and OF COURSE they did!!! Very frustrating!! I always carry disinfectant wipes with me so I wiped down the inside of my car before I touched anything. I would suggest the use of masks for anyone driving another persons vehicle. More
Delivery of Car (Nissan-setting up hands free, remote) I purchased my Nissan at another dealership and they never showed me how to operate the car including setting up hands free/i phone, setting rear view I purchased my Nissan at another dealership and they never showed me how to operate the car including setting up hands free/i phone, setting rear view mirrors, using the remote car fab properly. I walked into my local NIssan dealership and asked if they could show me how to set up those items. Steve was extremely pleasant and helpful. Even though I didn't purchase the SUV from this dealership, they went out of their way to help me. Steve took the time to explain how to use all the features my car offered. I was amazed at how easier it was going to be to use the keyless remote. I had no idea the features I was missing. Steve was extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient with me and not only showed me how to work everything, he had me demonstrate to make sure I was able to to it own my own when I left.
