However, I had made an appointment well The people in the service dept have been extremely helpful and professional in the past, no complaints there. However, I had made an appointment well in advance to have complete check and service, including checking brakes and tires. When I arrived, I told the gentleman I had an appointment. He looked at his schedule and told me it was for just an oil change. I responded no and explained what the appointment was for. He ‘half responded ‘ okay and directed me to the waiting room. In less than 25 minutes later, I was told the car was finished and all it needed was oil change. When I questioned everything else that I requested to be checked, the rep said everything was checked and all is fine. In past I was given a print out of everything they checked and what needed attention- didn’t get that this time. I’m 99 percent sure nothing was checked. To go to you for service requires my taking a vacation day off work. Granted I had the rest of day to myself, my car needed service and your team did not fulfill expectations. I had been to four different Nissan dealerships in the last two weeks searching for the right vehicle. The common theme with the first few dealerships was the lack of patience and compassion from the sales associates because I was searching for a "Certified Pre-Owned vehicle instead of brand new. Paul truly went above and beyond to show us a positive car buying experience for a vehicle I was looking for. We went to this location more than once to test drive before purchasing and each time the staff was more than helpful! The knowledge Paul had on the vehicle we purchased today and many other questions I asked always came with an answer and a smile. The follow up was wonderful and the professionalism, spectacular.
