My experience Garrett and John were flexible during the negotiating process for my 2018 Nissan Sentra but, it was very obvious when they were done with me and read Garrett and John were flexible during the negotiating process for my 2018 Nissan Sentra but, it was very obvious when they were done with me and ready to move on. Customer service experience was just okay. The car wasn't cleaned properly, visible fluid drip stains and dirt. The porter and John seemed irritated with the fact that I asked them to clean it again. I was only given one key to the car I called back to question if there was/ is a second key. No return phone car!!! The descent customer service ended once I exited the lot with the vehicle. So, to say that I would recommend Bill Kay to my friends and family.... is a No. More
