Friendly but felt dishonest We own a 2011 Nissan Rogue. Had it in for multipoint inspection and recommended services in May 2019. Spoke specifically with service asking them to check everything they could as our extended warranty was expiring at end of June. They insisted all was fine. End of June had it in for oil change and now suddenly it has leaky axels to the tune of $2200. Find it very hard to believe that didn’t exist a month earlier. Nor in December 2018 when it was also in for service. More

Todays service was very fast I get my car serviced here every time. Sometimes it takes a little longer then others, but overall the service is good, I dealt with Rick today and he I get my car serviced here every time. I am thinking about buying another car in the next 6 months and his attitude may have convinced me to come back here to buy it. When I went to pay it took about 10 minutes due to the fact the credit card system wasn't working. In that ten minutes not one word was said to me why I was waiting so long, even though the woman was sitting right in front of me. I could see that she was having issues, but a quick "were having problems, this will take a few minutes" would have been nice. More
