Bill Kay Nissan does it again! I have been leasing cars from Bill Kay since 2003 and they have continued to exceed my expectations. Bill Kay Nissan. " Take it and deal with it " Long story short. Finance manager crashed my car prior to my purchase and the fixed it at Bill Kay Buick Collision Center. Had to bring car back a couple times and still work is not correct. They will cover anything mechanical but the body work I was told that, that is all they would do and that they will not work on my car any more and I have to accept it and that's it. I was told pretty much that I should not expect quality and that I would never be happy with the work so I had to take my car and accept it. Now I'm stuck with a car with a dull bumper and door and poor quality work and have to "deal with it" . Cant even see a reflection in the paint. What ever happen to restore to pre-accident condition. New motto should be " Bill Kay Nissan , Deal With It " More
