Would Not Recommend Basic questions couldn’t be answered by sales staff. Truck leaked oil and was just certified, but service hadn’t been addressed? I was told they would Basic questions couldn’t be answered by sales staff. Truck leaked oil and was just certified, but service hadn’t been addressed? I was told they would need another 3+ days to fix when it had been sitting on the lot for weeks. Parts that were supposed to be on the truck were not. The amount of time spent following up was ridiculous, finally took the truck to another dealership who fixed everything the same day. Would never recommend or return for service, what a hassle! Terrible experience More

I have a love hate for this dealership I bought a new car. It has been broke and in the shop almost the entire time i owned it. I have owned it for 3 weeks. I have probably only driven it 7 I bought a new car. It has been broke and in the shop almost the entire time i owned it. I have owned it for 3 weeks. I have probably only driven it 7 times. The starter broke. The heated seats broke. The windows broke. The wipers were crappy. The remote start didnt work. The remote start didnt work again today. I hate the loaners i am put into. I bought the car for remote start. The loaner doesn't have it. It is the worst car i have ever bought! I will NEVER BUY A NISSAN! The people at the dealership are great. More
