The vehicle I purchased was exactly what I was looking for, and Steve wade the buying experience pleseant. I worked with Christian Leon, he was friendly, knowledgeable and never once felt like a “pushy” salesperson. In fact, I stopped in a few days prior to my final transaction for some information. During that visit, he was patient with us, walking through best options, features and pricing, etc, knowing I had no intention of making a purchase that day. The follow up from him and General Manager, Justin Delgado, was wonderful. They were accommodating and offered us a fair deal. The day we came in to finalize the terms was seamless, we were in and out within the hour. Start to finish, I felt the process was very positive, including our final step with Chris Dranka, Finance Director, he was incredible. He was very personable and actually told me what I was signing before just saying “sign here”. Overall, Bill Kay Nissan exceeded our expectations and I will be a loyal customer for years to come. He’s always treated me with respect as a woman (not like I’m stupid) and always works with me to give me the best deal possible. Chris the finance guy is the BEST!! He worked hard to get me a payment on the car I wanted at a price that worked for me. I actually enjoy coming to get my oil changes so I can catch up with them all. They’ve become like family and I never hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Lastly, their service department is top notch. I can’t say enough about the dealership and people!! Next up was a 2012 Nissan Sentra which now has over 130,000 miles! The entire staff including parts and service are hands down the best!!! Highly recommend. More
