Car buying as it should be I spent considerable time and effort visiting dealerships looking for the right car but more importantly the right people to buy it from. You would th I spent considerable time and effort visiting dealerships looking for the right car but more importantly the right people to buy it from. You would think with so much competition that distinguishing yourself as a dealership would be common sense. The problem is that most dealerships distinguish themselves in the wrong direction using negative unscrupulous selling tactics. Conversely some try and do it with a new building or outlandish amenities. The problem is that what people are really interested in is a simple no nonsense friendly honest experience. Bill Kay Nissan delivered on all these. It's not a fancy dealership and in fact the facilities look a little dated but the people inside are just genuinely nice folks that seem to always be in a good mood to the extent of singing along with the showroom music. In fact it's the only place I heard music playing. They were confident about Nissan products and knew the car I was interested in with the ability to share and educate in a comprehensive manner. I was assisted by Miguel Pagan and Louis Ruiz from test driving through all the aspects of car buying such as financing and warranties. They provided valuable insight in choosing the correct used vehicle based on past history and were able to verify service records. They seemed to genuinely advocate on my behalf trying to get me the best pricing on the vehicle, warranty, and pricing on a remote start I inquired about. I think I got a fair deal but most importantly I fell I was treated respectfully and fairly. At the end of the day this is what you want from the transaction, not to be taken advantage of and leave with a vehicle that fits you and your needs. Certified Used Altima I have owned this 2015 Altima approx 2 months. One minor issue was warrantied immediately by Service. Today I took it in for a look at the brakes. Ser I have owned this 2015 Altima approx 2 months. One minor issue was warrantied immediately by Service. Today I took it in for a look at the brakes. Service told me there is some glazing on rotors from hard braking, but all good for many miles on pads. They could have charged me for a brake job, but were honest. My kind of Shop / Dealership. I have been enjoying this very responsive 6 cyl and benefiting also from better gas mileage and comfort than my old 4 cyl, and save on car washes. Bill Kay Nissan has free car washes! More

False Advertising and Liars We bought a car from this dealership from a salesman who no longer works there because he got caught lying to us and the dealership fired him before w We bought a car from this dealership from a salesman who no longer works there because he got caught lying to us and the dealership fired him before we could do anything about it. He sold us a new car and told us it had features that it didn't end up having. The general manager told us there was nothing they could do and that they wouldn't refund us any money or help us fix they issue. They said they weren't responsible for what their salesman promise and have no accountability. They refused to work with us and told us to go away. I would avoid this place or at least make sure that you are getting what you pay for. More
