He sold us a new car and told us it had features that it didn't end up having. The general manager told us there was nothing they could do and that they wouldn't refund us any money or help us fix they issue. They said they weren't responsible for what their salesman promise and have no accountability. They refused to work with us and told us to go away. I would avoid this place or at least make sure that you are getting what you pay for. More

Luckily for me the same salesman Kurt was still there. I was nervous about the whole process because I didn't know what to expect and Kurt made the whole process so simple and quick. Absolutely friendly and took into consideration my wants for for the car and payments I was looking for. I was going to buy a used car from them and I was working for Alex the Sales Manger and they wouldn't lower the car so I left. A couple days later they called to say they would sell the car for the price I was asking for. I took my time going to the dealership. I'm currently in the military so I have no means of transportation btw. I wasted my time going over there and I got the car. When we test drive the car before it was fine. When we drove it off the lot it couldn't even make it to get gas. They were suppose to get me a full tank of gas too but they didn't. Thank goodness that didn't because the car broke down at the gas station 5 minutes away. We went to return the car and they wouldn't give us our money back till a week after we already return the car. Horrible place to buy a car especially if your in the military too. More

Everyone told me buying a car takes all day but the process was only a few hours. My credit wasn't great but Tim and Chris worked with me and they were very nice.
