Purchase a Altima Nissan 2.5 L..recently at Bill Kay 2 weeks back I purchased by trading in my older Toyota, this is what I have to say Intially we did not want to buy as we just went to see for our f 2 weeks back I purchased by trading in my older Toyota, this is what I have to say Intially we did not want to buy as we just went to see for our future purchased but we ended up buying 1. Arthur Diraduryan was a nice, informative person, answered all our questions. 2. He spent more than 2 hours showing patiently, test driving etc., 3. He was excellent Still we were not 100% sure Manager Jason Mallinder 1. Their manager Jason was very nice, he wanted sale..he made sure we dint walk out..he gave us very good reason to buy , gave a good price, and also offered best trade in value for our cold Car If anybody wants a deal go to Jason Finance and Paper work by Chris Dranka They were soo helpful.. VERY Untrustworthy Dealership I had my vehicle in to be checked out for a noise in the front end. I was informed that the differential in the front had a bad bearing. I was told I I had my vehicle in to be checked out for a noise in the front end. I was informed that the differential in the front had a bad bearing. I was told I was 1,100 miles past my 60K Nissan mfg warranty. When I bought the vehicle new, I had purchased an extended warranty to 100K. I was informed that my warranty was voided because the vendor who changed the fluids in my differentials had used 75W-90 Synthetic Oil vs Nissan recommended 80W-90. I researched and the synthetic is actually a better oil. When I spoke to Rick the Service manager, he admitted it was a technicality but since I had it serviced outside of Nissan, they would not honor it. What really upset me the most, is that they dug through my glove box without my permission to find the service records for the vehicle when they had my phone number and could have simply called and asked. Last vehicle I will ever take to a Bill Kay dealership. Nissan would not honor the warranty either as I called them direct. This was my second and last Nissan product I will ever own. Once this vehicle is repaired, I will trade it in on a new American vehicle and I will buy American from now on. More
False Advertising I was at this dealership maybe 8,9 months back looking to get a used car. Thats a lie and its apauling that they would false advertise like that. While the gentleman whom was assisting me was nice n kind and trying to do what he could I remained in that dealership for three hours upset and walked out with nothing! They dont help others with bad credit they just want your money. Thats it thats all bottom line! I would not recomend this place to anyone that has bad or in need of repair credit they only look to help those with a score of 700 or more! My sister can tell you that! Sad they have to lie to try and lure possible customers to try and get buisness! More

The staff my husband and I dealt with were friendly,courteous, and informative. March 1was a very snowy cold night but we were made to feel warm and comfortable. We wound up being the last costumers in the showroom but we were never made to feel rushed, documents were explained and as necessary reexplained, Chaplain gave us a tutorial on all the technical features my new Pathfinder was equipped with.
