I recently purchased a 2021 Gold certified Ford Edge from this dealership. After 6 months I was having issues with starting and my vehicle dying. The problem was fixed in a timely manner and I was updated on this dealership. After 6 months I was having issues with starting and my vehicle dying. I called about a vehicle on Friday the 5th. Jacob answered and told me it was available and pushed for me to make an appt. I was driving an hour and a half so I made an appt for the next day. H Jacob answered and told me it was available and pushed for me to make an appt. I was driving an hour and a half so I made an appt for the next day. He told me in text more than once that if I would come they would hold it for me. He tried to pressure me by saying someone else wanted it so I said I would wait until I knew if it sold or not and he assured me that his manager said they would hold it for me once I was on my way. I started out Saturday morning after him once again assuring me it was available and saying that he cleared it with the manager that they would hold it. I made it within a few minutes of the dealer and the manager called and said "he had just made it into work at 12:20" LOL "and that somehow someone else had made an appt and he hadn't caught it since he was just now crawling into work. Anyway they sold it out from under me and wasted 3 hours of my day. Dealers like this are a joke and do this stuff way too much. Bunch of liars that give all other dealers the bad wrap they have. What a joke dealer. Don't recommend and definitely don't recommend Jacob More
