Dear Bill Knight Ford Manager, I am writing to you with great concern regarding the situation with my 2020 Explorer ST. It has been three weeks since the vehicle was taken to the shop for an internal trans great concern regarding the situation with my 2020 Explorer ST. It has been three weeks since the vehicle was taken to the shop for an internal transmission failure, and I have yet to receive any clear updates on its status or a definitive delivery date. Frankly, the lack of communication is very frustrating. Had I known that going through this entire process would be such a major problem when I first bought the vehicle, I would not have made the decision to purchase it. I kindly request that you review my case and provide me with a clear and immediate answer regarding when my truck will be ready. I look forward to your response. More
