Guess what happened, the pedal went right to the floor So then the service guy comes out and drives it to the back then In about 20 minutes later, comes back. Says it's all fixed now because they forgot to bleed the right side and had all kinds of excuses. There is no excuse, sorry. Wouldn't help my wife's life if she couldn't have stopped when she got on the highway. But do you think they called me or said anything to me? Even after talking to the service manager. And he was gonna go to talk to somebody. No, but xxxx, But I bet the technician that did this job has all kinds of little nice badge is on his uniform, saying how smarty he is. But all we have is excuses, excuses doesn't save lives. Sorry doesn't fix some things. The sad thing is the recall on. This was because the brake lines could explode. And then you wouldn't have any brakes. But then we take it to the dealership. And we have no brakes. Cause they don't know what they're doing, BEWARE More

Mike Driver in the finance office is NOT shadey like many dealers F&I sales people. Mike makes it easy to get financing and explains warranties and all the other aftermarket products easy to purchase. Back to my salesman Todd.. the new truck I purchased had a slight ding in one of the doors and a small scratch. Todd said he'd take care of it. I dropped it off at the dealership and got a text that Todd had parked it inside because there was a storm coming. The people at this dealership actually care about their customers. Shortly after purchase, the car would just make a terrible noise, lights come on, then it shuts down. If you're on the highway, too bad... find a place to pull over if you can. We made a service appointment for Sept 13 (booked August 16). When we went in for the appointment, they expected us to leave the car for "at least 2 weeks" before they could even look at it. Service advisor didn't see any issue with expecting a customer to be without their car for weeks. Understand, this wasn't to fix the problem, this was to assess the problem! Since that time, we have called many times trying to schedule an appointment. They say we'll need to drop it off and they'll look at it when they get to it in "a couple weeks". Absolutely unacceptable customer service. More
