Thank for the outstanding service on our 2021 F150 King Ranch after an issue with the check engine light flashing. We were advised to contact Ford Roadside Service for a wrecker to bring the truck to the d Ranch after an issue with the check engine light flashing. We were advised to contact Ford Roadside Service for a wrecker to bring the truck to the dealership since we live 52 miles away. No problem they came right away. A loner vehicle was brought to our home while the truck was being repaired. Communication from the service manager kept us informed. The staff at Bill Knight dealership was professional. I think that when you are trying to sell a warranty to someone on a car that is brand new or still has 50k miles left on the FREE factory warranty, and this payment is going to rise from $520 to $810 doll someone on a car that is brand new or still has 50k miles left on the FREE factory warranty, and this payment is going to rise from $520 to $810 dollars, that is fraud. Young adults and women trust that you are being honest, but you arent. you care about making commission. I would have paid you an extra $10,000 over 3 years for stupid warranties like windshield and tire warranties that i dont need. Most people sell their cars in less than 6 years and never need the extended warranty. get some morals and ethics. More
