With my lease just about up I contacted Howard like I always do. Except this time there was no showroom to browse or cars to peruse. I knew what I wanted but was bit sure if it was a good time or even i always do. Except this time there was no showroom to browse or cars to peruse. I knew what I wanted but was bit sure if it was a good time or even if it would be easy to buy considering the current pandemic we are living through. Well, let me tell you. The process was soooo simple and easy. I got an amazing deal on my Ascent and the best part was the pickup was like 30 minutes. That was it! Howard was awesome as usual. No pressure, no hassel, just a nice guy selling great cars!! Do yourself a favor and go see Howard! He actually listens to what you say and what you want and won't force or push anything on you that you don't want. Thank you for an easy, quick and stress free purchase!!!! More

Just a Great Experience !! From the moment we walked in the door, everything was nice and smooth. Ordered the car a couple of months ago, received a call that the car was in and From the moment we walked in the door, everything was nice and smooth. Ordered the car a couple of months ago, received a call that the car was in and I was excited ! Stopped by the next day to take a look and delivery was scheduled for the next morning. Well, we drove in and.......the car was sitting there in the delivery location and it was Beautiful. I just wanted to jump in and drive it away ! The delivery process was a little unusual with the virus going on but we made it happen with gloves, masks and a 6 foot distance. Thank you to everyone at Bill Kolb Subaru for going that extra mile. I highly recommend BK Subaru. Great Job ! More
Thanks For Nothing I wanted to wait for a while before I wrote my review. I was expecting the dealership to call within a week or two asking me if I liked my car or not I wanted to wait for a while before I wrote my review. I was expecting the dealership to call within a week or two asking me if I liked my car or not and how my experience was. I waited 10 months and haven't heard anything, so here is my review. I had my first experience in 2016 with this dealership when I went in to look at financing options for a new Subaru Impreza. I walked out without buying the car. I don't exactly remember what the salesman did that left such a bad taste in my mouth, but I told myself I would never go back. Fast forward to 2019, I was in a position where I needed a car in a hurry. I couldn't find anything in the area that fit my criteria, but at the last minute I found a 2016 Impreza which fit close to what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was at the dealership I told myself I would never go back to. I decided to give them a second chance. My test drive seemed great, the salesman was very friendly, and he even mentioned that they had great financing options since I had really good credit. I put a deposit on the car and I spoke to the man in finance. He was also really nice. He got my monthly payments to the price I was looking for. I really thought he had my best interest in mind, so I didn't even to think to check the interest rate. I didn't buy it that day because I was still hoping that the car I actually wanted would show up within the few days I had to decide. That car never came, so I went back to the dealership to buy the Impreza that I had put my deposit on. As I was signing the final paperwork, I looked at my interest rate and their "great" finance offer and it was 6.25%! If I would have been smart, I would have checked these numbers initially, but that is my fault. I needed the car, so I went through with the purchase anyway. I had made arrangements to pick up the car a few days later when I had someone available to help get my old car home. We came after hours and it was already dark. Since I was pulling it right off the dealer lot, I thought everything was inspected and checked, so we took the car and left. In the time it took to get on the Palisades and get on 87, which is maybe a 10 minute drive, we were pulled over by a state trooper. The car had a taillight out and a license plate light out. I called the salesman first thing in the morning. At first I couldn't get through to him, but after 2 attempts he finally took my call. I told him that I had a taillight out and he said that bulbs can burn out at any time. I then told him the license plate light was also out and that is when he told me that something was not right. He said that if I called the service department they would change my bulbs at no cost. I called the service department and they told me I had to talk to sales. So after going back and forth a bunch of times, sales finally told me to schedule an appointment and they would fix it. At this point, I wasted so much time and effort trying to get help with a car that I just bought that I decided I didn't want to deal with Bill Kolb anymore, since they clearly had no more interest in me after I gave them my money... then a few months later I started having problems with my break lights. After doing some research, I found that there was a recall for it. I called Subaru of America to get the issue resolved, trying to avoid dealing with Bill Kolb. They told me that my car had already been fixed for this issue but I could contact the dealership I purchased it from to see if they could bring it in for the recall again. Great. I called service and the lady simply told me that the recall didn't pertain to my car and if I wanted it to get looked at, I would have to pay for their services. Thank you Bill Kolb for giving me an awful first car buying experience. I thank the service department for saying my car passed inspection when clearly it shouldn't have for burned bulbs and for trying to make me pay for services related to a recall. This time I mean it, I will NEVER deal with Bill Kolb again. More
