Merry Christmas to ME!! :) I had a buck total my car last month and it was the most stressful experience...I work full time and am a nursing student at night...the thought of lo I had a buck total my car last month and it was the most stressful experience...I work full time and am a nursing student at night...the thought of losing my freedom and my way to work and school was exhausting and emotional to take on while trying to stay focused...I had a rental for a while and then couldn't afford that after the insurance stopped paying...I was carless for about 3 weeks, bummed rides off of friends, family, co-workers...thank God for the people around me...I received the payout from the insurance company for my totaled car (Onya) and I knew immediately after the semester ended I had only one day to car shop...I researched online and fell in love with the Subaru Legacy...on 23Dec19 I walked into the dealership with my folks determined to find my new car and get back on the road...that is when Sonny helped to bring my dream into reality and introduced me to "Delilah"...thank you Subaru for an amazing new car purchasing experience...it was smooth, easy, and almost stress free...any time you make a big decision in life it comes with a bit of anxiety because it is a new beginning...I am beyond excited and thankful for all the blessing in life...and for opportunities to meet people that make a difference in your life...thank you Subaru for getting me wheels again!!! <3 More

No Nonsense Sale/Best Price 2020 Ascent Touring I shopped and shopped for competitive pricing. I knew what I wanted, and communicated with about a dozen dealerships to obtain price quotes on the sa I shopped and shopped for competitive pricing. I knew what I wanted, and communicated with about a dozen dealerships to obtain price quotes on the same model 2020 Ascent Touring with precisely the same accessories using the Subaru application on the Subaru website. I physically visited at least THREE Subaru dealerships to test drive the 2020 Ascent. I called a friend in the auto industry, who had a friend, who recommended a Subaru dealership. Some dealerships pursued me (some still do!), some gave me space and others completely ignored me. Maryellen Dixon ("Mel") had just the right touch! I called her one Saturday to discuss the Costco Auto program pricing and after speaking with her, drove an hour to the Bill Kolb Jr. dealership in Orangeburg - well worth crossing the river! No pressure and best pricing. Mel had all the answers to my many questions and did not hesitate to share pricing information. I ordered the car from Mel, and she handled the entire sales process (and trade-in) with a level of professionalism and patience that I thought was a lost art! She understood my needs, kept me informed, talked me off the ledge while I was waiting for delivery, and never once tried to sell me something I didn't need or want. The finance team even met a very competitive finance rate offered through my credit union. I highly recommend Mel, her supervisor, Joe and finance rep, Marty. They certainly offered and asked if I was interested, and even explained why I should buy or might want to buy certain things. But once I gave and answer they accepted that. It happens that I like Bill Kolb, Jr. Subaru. I talk about them with anyone who tells me they're thinking about buying or leasing a vehicle. Whether or not they take my advice, I cannot be sure.
