My best car buying experience I had a great experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru , I was lucky enough to have been helped by Howard Bonfield as my sales representative, from the mome I had a great experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru , I was lucky enough to have been helped by Howard Bonfield as my sales representative, from the moment we sat down his first question was if we would like a coffee or water . The hospitality was excellent, he had a great sense of humor and you can tell he had alot of experience under his belt as a sales rep. When it was time for a test drive Howard had the car brought right up to us , again what a pleasant experience. When we got back and I was on the phone with the insurance company he had all the paper work ready , literally no time wasted . I honestly can’t express how great of an experience I had through this review but I definitely give him 5 stars . Personally to me it’s not about just buying a car , it’s also about the experience you had buying it as well , kind of sets the mood with your new vehicle. Thank you Howard again it was a pleasure to have bought a car with your help . More

I was introduced to Maryellen a very friendly polite young lady. Right away we sat down and started to figure out some numbers on a 2019 Crosstrek Limited . All in all a process went smooth and drove out in my new car the same day. . And a shout out to sales manager Joe Postighone on finalizing on the purchase. More
Deceptive While everyone seemed to be friendly, they were quite expert at lying by omission. No one ever informed us of finance offers even though we inquired about lesser interest rates. We discovered, unfortunately after the fact, that our bank (Chase) offered 2.5% less in interest rates then we were paying with no money down! We went back to the dealership in an effort to rectify the situation if possible and were told that because we wanted to reduce our monthly payment we were given this rate - essentially holding us responsible for their underhanded dealings. We were never given rate options even when we inquired, and were "told rates are higher these days". The fact that the finance papers were written prior to our meeting with finance evidenced to us that they clearly did not have our interest at heart. The finance officer offered to give us five free service visits which he never put in writing. When corporate contacted him he said he offered four free service visits. When we left, we were asked to "please don't kill me in a review". Sorry you reap what you sow. Buyer beware! Know your facts before you sign. More

My first Subaru was a 2009 Outback from BKCars and I decided to get my third Subaru here again. My relationship with the BKCars dealership spans over 11 years and I have always been treated like part of their Subaru family. I stopped in for a regularly scheduled oil change and was introduced to Maryellen Dixon and Joe Postighone. Maryellen spent a great deal of time with me reviewing my wish list to make sure they could create the perfect Crosstrek Limited possible and Joe provided his expertise on recommendations. Both Maryellen and Joe made the new SUV buying experience very comfortable and relaxed while paying attention to my requests, questions and input. I have been in the client services industry for over 30 years and in todays climate, rarely can you find the high level of service and care for the buyer that Bill Kolb Jr.'s staff members offer on a consistent basis. I also had the pleasure of sitting down with Paul Spiegel again to review my financials. He is able to offer complete transparency so there are no surprises when picking up your new vehicle. A special acknowledgment is also due to their entire service team for continuing to treat me as a valued customer. Bottom line - stop here first when thinking about buying/leasing your next vehicle.
