Howard is AWESOME! ..And Bianca and Paul are too! I could not have had a more pleasant experience purchasing my 2017 Subaru Outback today. Prior to visiting Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, I walked out of five I could not have had a more pleasant experience purchasing my 2017 Subaru Outback today. Prior to visiting Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru, I walked out of five other dealerships. The others either did not have what they advertised online, had thousands of dollars in hidden fees, or made me feel uncomfortable or pressured. When I received a text from Bianca inviting me in to look at the inventory, I had all sorts of questions for her – and she answered every one of them promptly and thoroughly. So I drove from Staten Island to Westchester solo for an appointment to look at the Subaru I picked out online. Howard greeted me immediately, offered me coffee, and I began to ask him all sorts of questions. He patiently answered every one. Howard made me feel comfortable through every step of the purchasing process - the test drive, the Carfax, the insurance, rental return, programming the car radio and clock, and even steered (pun intended) to a great Thai place for lunch. The only hitch I could find with Howard was the one he showed me that my new car had! Seriously, Howard’s professionalisms and expertise were wonderful, but his real superpower is the authentic connection he can make with people on a human level- and that’s what makes people feel a level of comfort and trust when making a large purchase. I also have to give a shout out to Paul, the finance guru, who kept it real for me and didn’t try to oversell extra options I don’t need ( I did purchase a few Paul suggested and I knew would be practical). Usually this is the stage of the car buying process where the tone starts to shift to a more tense nature, but that didn’t happen today because Paul, Bianca, & Howard we’re transparent from the beginning. I am very pleased with both my purchase and my experience today and highly recommended Bill Kolb Subaru, Howard, Paul, & Bianca to anyone in the tri-state area. -Jennifer More

The whole dealership was professional, attractive in appearance, and inviting. Sonny spent a great deal of time with us, helping us navigate the world of Subaru and it's extensive array of choices. We were shown all the options, did a test drive on the Crosstrek , and went over the pros and cons of all the options. He was very patient, explaining the details of everything , as my previous car had none of the updated choices and technology. By the time we picked up our new car, we had visited the dealership 3 times. Great experience! although all of the consultants appeared helpful and involved with their clients, we were VERY pleased that we got to work with Sonny. Besides his competence and patience, he was very friendly - reminding us to call him with any and all questions, as many times as necessary, until we felt totally comfortable with our (beautiful) new car. This was my first car buying experience and I went to a few dealerships before Bill Kolb Subaru, but when I got there, I immediately knew it was the right place. They have large inventory of used Subaru ca few dealerships before Bill Kolb Subaru, but when I got there, I immediately knew it was the right place. They have large inventory of used Subaru cars, and any good deal cars I found anywhere else online, they had a good match at Bill Kolb. I easily committed to them which took a lot of stress out of looking at a million places. Not to mention they stand behind the cars so I felt safe I was getting a good used car there. I worked with Ross Kelter and he also made all the difference in my positive experience buying a car. Ross was not only incredibly helpful and accommodating (ie I arrive late at the end of the day and he test drove with me) but best of all he made me feel comfortable as he was not pushing or selling me anything, gave me ton of information about each car and just really had a very kind presence. Without him selling me, he helped me know which car is right! Overall Ross made the whole experience so much more comfortable and easier than I expected, I walked away feeling I had 100% made the right choice. Thank you, Ross! More
