They were respectful about what we were looking for in a used car and even offered some insight when we were deciding between two cars. They also worked with us when I had to leave for work, going so far as to making sure my husband could make it to me to sign additional papers. They did their best to get make sure we were comfortable while we were there and to get us out on the road in our new subaru as quickly as possible! Not your typical car buying experience, but much better. I've already recommended them to the few folks I know who are looking for a new ride. This place is awesome and we really enjoyed working with John Fitzgerald our salesperson. More

After contacting several dealerships, I worked wit My wife and I saw the 2019 Subaru Ascent at the 2018 New York Auto show and were somewhat smitten. After contacting several dealerships, I worked with Howard Bonfield off and on for weeks to understand where Subaru production was and when they might have inventory. Howard was extremely patient and helpful, especially when most sales people are focused on what they can sell today (my experience at Ramsey Subaru). We finally set up a visit, I understood that Howard had a sales process he followed, he understood that at the age of 70 I also had a buying process that I was following and that I react negatively to the normal high pressure tactics; we wound up buying the model and color of Ascent that we wanted that day. We got the car we wanted, a price that I was more than satisfied with, and my wife even commented at how friendly and low-key the dealership seemed compared to most.
