Gary Mendelsohn had been our salesperson when we leased our first Forester in 2015, but Gary was on vacation, so Ross Kelter helped us while he was out. We financed a 2018 Forester with Ross, and had the same good experience we had with Gary - he was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. We turned in our leased vehicle and drove off in the new one within a few hours. With their large inventory, we found a Premium model with exactly the options we wanted in stock (we just have to go back to get the door edge protectors added). Very solid experience! More
