The welcome greeting with coffee, water or other treats are always admirable. We lost our longtime sales representative due to retirement but before his departure he recommended our present sales representative, Howard Bonfield. He has been all that we had been told and more. Being the first time that we were dealing with Howard, we were apprehensive but within minutes that apprehension was dissipated. He made us feel as if we were dealing with a long time friend. He provided answers to our questions and without pressure made suggestions as to what might fit our particular needs. After a test drive along with an explanation of the features of the vehicle, we came home as extremely satisfied customers with the vehicle of our choice with the help and expertise of Paul Spiegel, one of their finance officers. His expertise and easy manner made our request for financing easy and pain free. To both of these men our deepest thanks. We have found our new sales representative and consider him a friend. Gary followed up, calling to make sure all was ok and encouraged me to call or stop in for ANY issues or questions that arose. It was a far cry from walking into another dealership where my questions about the car could not be answered right away and very little time was spent on the car and its features, more on the pricing. The entire process was very comfortable......we weren't stressed, rushed, or pressured to complete the transaction. He is very professional and capable. We appreciated that he took time to explain how the new technology works and went over numerous features of the Forester. There were no surprises and the vehicle was as described.
