I did my research on the internet as to price and was able to negotiate a great deal hassle free. The car was delivered on the date he promised and in perfect shape. No high pressure to buy add ons or warranties either. The entire experience was exceptional and I would buy from this dealer again. More

I have always had a positive buying experience with them This was our first car that we purchased via sales rep Rich Knel. Rich was awesome. He was knowledgable about all the various makes/models, able to answer any and all questions about various trim lines, and after listening to what we were interested in purchasing was able to find for us the perfect car that was in stock/on the lot, and ready to sign and drive away. He walked us through all the paperwork, and ensured an easy, no-hassle, buying experience. When it comes time to get our teenager her first car, it will be a Subaru, and we will buy it from Rich Knel! He's the best, and we highly recommend him. More

Howard was very informative and answered most of my questions before I even asked them. He was very detailed in what my options were and when I picked my SUV, he was extremely helpful with walking me through all the steps and very patient with me so I could understand the process and the vehicle. He was really easy to talk to and I usually hate going to dealerships because of how I am usually made to feel like an "ignorant female" but not this dealership. Howard truly made me feel important and he actually cared that I was happy with my choice. I really appreciate how well Howard made the whole process seem effortless and fun. I was very happy to find out that after I purchased my vehicle, they give a donation to charity of my choice. I didn't walk in there thinking about that because I have never experienced a dealership that does that. This dealership does and that is amazing! More

Fine Purchase Experience We were considering another AWD vehicle and just stopped by to see a Forester for comparison, and were greeted by Howard, a real gentleman. The Forester just wasn't for us and we were taken on a test drive in a Legacy (we had owned two over the years - last one unfortunately totaled in 2007). We purchased a 2018 Legacy Limited. I spoke with Howard Bonfield who became my sales associate. Howard called pack in a persistent yet professional manner. I made an appointment to see the car and may time was respected. Although Howard was busy I was shown the car by an associate. The features and benefits of the car was explained and Howard calculated the value of my trade in. I was very pleased that the trade-in value was more than I expected. The purchase process went smoothly without drama or pressure. More
Excellent experience, BUT one serious problem Purchased 2016 Subaru under Costco Pre-Owned program. Happy with pre-owned car selection, price and sales person. Completed almost all paperwork befo Purchased 2016 Subaru under Costco Pre-Owned program. Happy with pre-owned car selection, price and sales person. Completed almost all paperwork before getting printed offer amount for my 2008 Subaru being traded in (good mechanical condition, but dings on bumpers). Implication was that this was the "Kelly Blue book value", however it was for only $3000, not the $4000 "Trade-in Value" I was expecting. It turns out this dealer uses something called the Kelly Blue Book "Instant Cash Value" and not the Trade-In Value. I was very upset at losing $1000 on the trade-in, so they bumped the used car offer up to $3200. Since I was already on my second visit to this dealer (who was 45 minutes away) with a certified check in hand to complete the transaction, I went ahead with the deal. I'm upset that this low-ball valuation method wasn't made clear at the onset. I'm confident that I could have sold my 2008 for at least $4000, probably $4500, to a private individual, and I would have had I known in advance! More
