Best Car Buying Experience Ever I've just purchased my 3rd Subaru, but first one from the great folks at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. I can't say enough good things about the experience ove I've just purchased my 3rd Subaru, but first one from the great folks at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. I can't say enough good things about the experience overall, especially the wonderful guidance of my salesman, Howard Bonfield. Howard is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough and made the normally stressful process of buying a new car fun and enjoyable. Howard made sure I was aware of the great Subaru safety features when I took my test drive and made sure I understood how to use everything when I picked up my new car. The folks at Bill Kolb are all nice and even applying for a loan was a pleasant experience. I live in NYC and drove a little further than I needed to purchase from Bill Kolb rather than a closer dealership. I recommend both the dealership and Howard Bonfield without reseravation. The salespeople are all salaried and the whole experience is a positive one, where you are dealing with professionals who are happy to be selling wonderful cars! Genuine and friendly employees, Easy process! I traded in my car on Thursday 9/28/17 so you know this is a recent post. I bought from them a Subaru Legacy in return. I was approached in the parkin I traded in my car on Thursday 9/28/17 so you know this is a recent post. I bought from them a Subaru Legacy in return. I was approached in the parking lot by an employee named John P. Palanca also known as Pal. He was not pushy in any way. Very professional (Mam, Sir), very patient, and went on multiple test drives with me and my fiance. When we went to sit and talk numbers, he was very genuine. It was easy for me to communicate with him. He answered all of my questions about the numbers as he went along. Any questions he didn't know, he asked his supervisor and got right back to me. He was very focused and attentive. Next, went to sit with Marty Shuvall, the Business Manager. He was also very straight forward, which I appreciated. He was not trying to sell me warranties I didn't need. Simply asked, I declined, and had me a sign a form saying I declined. On Saturday 9/30/17, I went to pick up my car after work. Got there at 4. Pal was busy but he called me earlier in the day saying my car was ready and if he doesn't give me the car, someone else would, but that everyone was trained and was good too. I was introduced to Norbert Dworakowski. He is a 19 year old genius. He is in school for IT, but in the mean time, got a job at this dealership, in which he did an excellent job with the finishing process. He went over every paper and answered any questions I had. He was very genuine and friendly and easy to talk to also. He also transferred my plates for me from my old car to my new car, and showed my around my new car and answered any questions I had about that car. Overall, it was a super simple and easy process from start to finish. On I definitely recommend everyone to buy from here. The employees are friendly, funny, not sharks, knowledgeable, focused, attentive, and GENUINE, which is hard to find these days. THANK YOU for making this such an AWESOME experience. I WILL be back for my next car! More

I felt comfortable with Richard and this dealership I immediately liked this dealership over other ones I had visited because of the personable exchange I had with Heady over the phone. The sales person who helped me was Mark. He was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and I didn't feel pressured to buy. I like the No Haggle Price policy and the price of the cars were fair. Once I decided on the car to purchase it didn't take too long to purchase the car and I was able to drive off with the purchased car the same day. The environment of the dealership was very nice. All the employees were friendly to the customers and I didn't hear one complaint from a customer while I was there. If anyone is looking to purchase a Subaru Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru is a great place to visit. My experience there was very nice and Stress Free. More
