He was attentive, patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He answered each and every question I had, even the ones that were more than likely admittedly silly. Along the way, I even had an issue regarding my previous lease, but Howard sprang into action in the 23rd hour, saving the day, and solving my issue. To say that Howard went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction during this entire process would be an understatement. Smooth dealings I walked in with a budget in mind and was quite frank with Holman about what I needed. He was very easy to work with and got me in a nicer lease than I walked in with a budget in mind and was quite frank with Holman about what I needed.
