He let me say exactly what was on my mind, and then provided his feedback on what I wanted. I ended up ordering the vehicle. Once it was on the lot, Larry gave me a call the same day. By the time I arrived at the dealership the next day, he had already assembled all the final documents and thoroughly went through each one. Everyone I know will now be sent to Bill Kolb and Larry as I'd rather drive the hour away and get proper customer treatment than any dealership in NJ. More
