Customer wanted triple the value for their 2001 Rav-4. We offered more than the vehicle was actually worth in an attempt to help them purchase a new Forester. They agreed and gave us a $500 credit card deposit. The customer changed her mind. We offered to refund her credit card on the spot. Customer said she would call her credit card company herself and cancel the deposit. She would not allow us to help her further. We will always go "above and beyond" to help any customer purchase or lease a new or pre-owned vehicle.
