When Howard and Sam learned that I lived an hour away and would have difficulty getting back to the dealership to pick up the car they offered to deliver the car to my home in NJ. I can't tell you how helpful this was for me. When they got to the house they even helped me with my kids! They were thorough in explaining the features of the car and the terms of my lease.
