Gary made the process easier then I thought. I was excited and nervous and concerned over giving up my 2001 Honda--almost 160,000 miles. Gary listened to what I wanted and helped me narrow down my choices. Questions and concerns that I had were answered. My sons questions also were answered. The morning was positive. The energy in Subaru dealership outstanding; friendly, courteous and reassuring. Marty had the financial papers ready when I returned with my other son, Bill. All info was reviewed , questions answered . I felt I made the right choice.. On Oct29, I drove my new Subaru,2014 Forester..Great Experience. Great dealership. I have no clue how he performs such magic, my friends are always amazed. AND when I refer my friends to him, not only does he truly take care of them (as if I was sitting next to him) he always sends me $50.00!!!! He just informed me that if I send him 2 more referals,.....(which will make 10) he starts sending me $100.00 each!! (I plan on passing around his business card at my office all day tomorrow!!) More

Although I was pleased with the purchase of my 2014 Impreza sport wagon, I was interested in test driving a Crosstrek for my next vehicle. This dealership is a very busy place. I was always greeted by friendly staff members and our salesmen, Gary Mendelsohn was knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. If Gary was unavailable, or busy with another customer there was always someone else to offer us assistance and answer our questions while we were waiting. Nice to see teamwork in action. Great overall experience with the trade-in and purchase of my new Subaru. More
