Still waiting for my deposit I do not reccomend this dealership at all. I was a cash buyer and ready to pick up the car. Gary was arrogant and made you feel like he did not care i I do not reccomend this dealership at all. I was a cash buyer and ready to pick up the car. Gary was arrogant and made you feel like he did not care if you brought the car or not. The day before picking uo the car i went to the dealership to see it. It had 149 miles on it. Gary lied and said the miles were from driving from the dealership swap. Turns out the dealer was 50 miles away, the other hundred miles was from test drives, demo ect. When i said you should have let me know, gary got annoyed and saud, lets not go in circles ect. Thats not how you do buisness. All he had to do was call and say there were extra miles on my alnost new car. I want to break in my own car knowing that done properly does extend the life of the car. I found the same car for a better price with an added upgrade with 4miles on it. Still waiting for my 500$deposit back. DO NOT GO THERE, you will regret it. They really do not care about you comming back. Go to liberty if you want to be treated right, plus youll get a better deal. More

Needed a vehicle ASAP! Just leased our first Subaru. After being in an accident two weeks ago and totaling our SUV, we needed a new vehicle ASAP. Finding a Subaru with the Just leased our first Subaru. After being in an accident two weeks ago and totaling our SUV, we needed a new vehicle ASAP. Finding a Subaru with the specs that we were looking for was somewhat of a challenge. My husband located one online that had a couple of extra features that were not important to us, but we were willing to consider it. He immediately called the Bill Kolb Jr. dealership and asked if they would hold the vehicle with a deposit over the phone until he could get there, they were happy to do so. He met with Ross, looked at the Outback, and discussed a 36 month lease deal. It was a pleasurable experience. We were happy that we were able to get an Outback that met our criteria, we feel that we were given a very fair deal, and even more importantly, we were able to drive it home that afternoon. More

I leased a base model 2012 Forrester from Ross, which is what I wanted at the time. But the new one is a big upgrade, with a large moonroof, alloy wheels, power driver seat and advanced electronics with touchscreen and steering wheel controls. And the best part is that this upgraded model was available to lease at the SAME PRICE as my base 2012. Also, the Forrester itself drives fantastic. More

Terrific Overall Purchasing Experience! I had been researching cars online and with Subaru/Forester outstanding ratings, figured I would take a look with no intention of buying in any partic I had been researching cars online and with Subaru/Forester outstanding ratings, figured I would take a look with no intention of buying in any particular hurry. Well, within one hour I knew I would purchase a car that same day - it was a done deal before lunch time! Representative Ross was more than courteous, helpful and patient with no pressure at all, and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the car(s). All in all it was a stress-free, easy buying experience. I will certainly repeat the process at Kolb's Subaru dealership in the future. Ross' colleague Rick handled the day of pick up paperwork and was also quite friendly, helpful and repeated the same tutorial about the car as Rick had also done, so I was familiar with all the features of my new vehicle.
