Great Experience Howard was fantastic. I had been putting off trading in my car because of a terrible experience several years ago at an egregious dealership in Quee Howard was fantastic. Howard was kind, friendly, thorough in his explanations of the features and history of the car. He was thorough in going over the contract. Paul found me a very competitive finance rate and made the finance part stress free. It is worth the drive to come up and deal with these guys. Everyone here is nice, it makes making an auto purchase as stress free as it can get. Thanks guys. More

We have been The purchase experience at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru in Orangeburg NY was simply the most professional car buying experience that we have had. We have been buying cars since 1970!. Unlike previous ventures into the car market that required a day-long investment, our sales consultant, Neil Turnbull, accompanied us through an informative, hands-on search for the car that we were looking for. Niel was well-prepared, listening closely for our interests and desires. He made use of digital resources and test-driving experiences (we drove two vehicles) to provide us with all we needed to know. Neil was patient, friendly - a great navigator. We spent less than two hours with him and we not only decided on a car, he laid out and we completed all of the preliminary paperwork. We left the showroom with the complete package. True to their word, car sales at Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru involves no hassle and no pressure. We picked up our car tonight. We arrived a little after 5 and were on the road a little after six. Once again, Niel had all documentation (from insurance to plates to forms) ready to go. He walked us through all of the features of our Crosstrek and helped Sue sync her IPhone with the car's Bluetooth. We will be back when it is time to retire our second car. All my questions were answered in a very polite manner and has given me a lot of explanation before I drove home my Subaru Forester. No pressure on the buyer is what everyone is looking for. Friendly Staff/Great Vehicle Selection and Prices I did tons of research on used Subaru's within a 100 mile radius through various web sites and ended up e-mailing and visiting Bill Kolb. Every staff member was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I like the no haggle pricing which I was initially tentative about. But after realizing the very reasonable prices, it kept the anxiety down as i already knew the price to expect going to the dealership. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed when I was there. Rich, Gary and Paul were great to deal with from the moment I contacted them, to even after I drove the car off the lot. More
