Some sales people are better than others and some are more experienced and less pushy! In my sales person's temporary absence too many others were involved and did not know what had been discussed with my person. Better documentation of issues or questions need to be done. A simple form on a file would take care of this issue More time should have been spent to learn how to use all the electronic features. More

It's like no other experience! Huge inventory, Top-Sales! We have now just leased our second Outback! Our Salesman, Sam Texler sold us w/our first 'test-drive!' Sam later revealed all the important facts & information regarding leasing Vs buying, and our budget needs were met w/o any concerns. The collaboration between all the vital departments worked seamlessly to get us into our New Lease, (beautiful Outback) w/total confidence that we'd been taken care-of in a professional, yet friendly manner. So, just returned our first leased Outback (2013) & returned once again, across the bridge to deal with Sam Texler! We knew these Outbacks would be in high demand, and they've updated a few things! So, we waited in anticipation & that day arrived...with me not feeling well & really under-the-weather... But, Sam made us feel very comfortable and was very attentive offering tea, coffee...and having had all his/our car's paperwork neatly organized to facilitate a smooth transition! It makes all the difference in the world when your car, the Dealership & Salesman meet all of the criteria one expects, at Bill Kolb Jr. we feel like 'WE' matter! Sam takes the necessary time to educate us & review our new car's features to our level of comfort! He even helped 'sinc' my phone to the new system my new car has...very impressive updates!!! So, though I wasn't feeling well, and honestly, wasn't looking to say "good-bye" to our 2013 Outback, it was done so beautifully, Sam had both cars side by side & we were able to compare some slight changes, as well as transfer over plates & such-all handled by Sam! He even took off the Collegiate decals & placed them on our New 2016 Outback! At this visit we also had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself! Very lovely man, reassuring us, just as Sam has, that they'd be there for anything...they actually want (and care) to know if their customers are satisfied! We've walked in and out of other dealerships...we WILL continue doing business w/Sam! "Thank You!" We R A SUBARU family! Mom got her New Forester through them as well! :) More

I have often gone to car dealerships in the past and dealt with salesmen where I seemed to know more about the vehicle than they did. You do not get this with Howard. You ask him a question, and he knows the answer right away. As for the dealership, you have to love the straight forward approach of how they make the deal, come up with you numbers. No nonsense, they tell you the cost of the car, and then they add a small but fair markup. More
