We had spoken to him on the phone prior to driving there because this dealership had the exact car we had been looking for. When we arrived, he was busy with another couple but made the effort to let us know when he'd be available (which was soon). In the meantime, he asked another colleague to show us the car so we weren't just standing around. Also, being 8 months pregnant myself, he was very cognizant of that 'state,' and made every effort to always make me feel comfortable. The car was exactly what we wanted and we were very pleased to have finally found the right one. When we did sit down to talk about all the logistics, Holman was very up front about any fees or costs associated with the sale and had answers for any questions we had. He also coordinated all the various departments to be working on our sale collaboratively so we didn't have to be there any longer than necessary. Finance was a breeze and by the time we left there to go to the waiting room, we hardly sat down and their service department had already cleaned the car and gotten it ready to drive off the lot. Holman still walked us through each and every feature of the CrossTrek, making sure we had as much information possible before heading out. It was a very pleasant experience overall. He even took a photo of us in front of our new Subaru. We'd definitely go back there again and would highly recommend Holman as a trustworthy, honest, informed salesman. More

A breath of fresh air! I finally bought my dream car! This is not the first car I have owned but it has truly been the best experience ever dealing with a car dealer. My husband an I visited an another Subaru dealer in Queens and within 10 minutes we left running. It was the typical run of the mill meeting. Trying to sell ussomething that did not have everything that I wanted and have uspay additional for items that we did want. When we got to Bill Kolb Subaru it was a completely different experience. The fact that the sales consultants do not work on commission creates a completely great car buying experience. You can truly feel the team work that happens between the employees at this dealership. I would recommend this dealership and especially Howard Bonfield to all my friends! The 2 times that we stopped by we were running very close to closing time, but that did not stop Howard from truly taking his time to helps us out and get us familiar with the new car after hours. Also they love dogs there and everyone has a really great sense of humor which is just a little extra for the already great service! More
