Absolutely Fabulous I had never purchased a car before and I was really nervous about the whole process. Howard was the salesperson that helped me and he was WONDERFUL. I had never purchased a car before and I was really nervous about the whole process. Howard was the salesperson that helped me and he was WONDERFUL. He was calm, kind, and informative. I never felt pressured or hurried. I bought a used car and Howard knew the person who had previously owned the car and knew that the car had been really well looked after. During the test drive, Howard showed me everything there is to know about my new car. He broke down the technical features, like the "boxer" engine, and explained all the very cool safety features, like the symmetrical all-wheel drive. He also sat with me and explained how to link up my iPhone, change the clock, save radio stations, and fix the seat so it's comfortable. He also showed me the shop where my car will be serviced, which made me realize that I was not just buying a car, but investing in a relationship. All in all, it was a great experience. Howard is the BEST. When you buy your car from him, make sure he shows you how to program this truly fantastic jazz station into your radio! More

You bet! However: I was completely let down by the extremely poor experiences I had at two other Subaru dealerships. Called Stuart back - his prices were still valid - and closed the deal. I was appreciative of how communicative Stuart was during the time it took for the 2016 model to arrive. Frequent updates by e-mail were greatly appreciated and after this entire process, I cannot imagine dealing with a different dealership ever again. Amazing Experience - and a great Thank You to Holman Cano I had owned a Volvo X-Country for fifteen years and felt it was time for a change. We have had 8 - 9 Subarus in our family over the years which alway I had owned a Volvo X-Country for fifteen years and felt it was time for a change. We always bragged about "the Subaru will take us through" and added a confirming "that is really true". I checked the internet and chose Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru and printed out a picture and information on a 2016 Forester ICE Silver, Vin and all and headed to Orangeburg with my son. We were introduced to Holman Cano whom gave us a complete update on the new Subarus and offered me to test drive a similar model. I fell in love with it right away. Holman asked me if I would like to take one home with me, which I thought was impossible - but that particular Forester I had picture of was being delivered to Bill Kolb Jr Subaru at that time.
