Subaru vehicles are some of the best cars on the road, and believe me, I did my homework before I even stepped foot onto the lot. What makes me happiest about my buying my Subaru is the top-notch service I received from sales consultant Jeff Weiner at Bill Kolb Subaru. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. He made me comfortable from the start and any silly concerns I had were quickly put to rest. I never felt any pressure to buy, and that is precisely the reason I decided to buy from him. I'm the type who would gladly pay more money for something if I received better service, and cars are no exception, but I'm happy to say that at Bill Kolb Subaru, I got both; great service AND the best possible price. When talking about great service, I also have to mention business manager Paul Spiegel. Not only is he a sweetheart of a guy, but he really went above and beyond to get me the best possible interest rate for my less-than-perfect credit, and for that, I'm truly thankful. My monthly payment actually worked out to be less than what I budgeted for, and with my limited salary, every penny counts! Now, I can't forget about Dan Weiner in my review because he took the time to show me how everything works in my new baby, and even synched my phone to the bluetooth so I wouldn't have to try and figure it out myself; I'm really not tech savvy. I know I didn't retain everything he showed me, but I also know that he would show me again if I asked. Big thumbs up, Dan, and thank you. I have been driving my new car for less than a week, but I already know that my Impreza will not be my last Subaru. What I didn't know was what a great salesperson Sam Texler is. And he didn't have to be b/c as I said I was already sold on the vehicle before I got to the dealership. Sam turned out to be genuinely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable without being pushy or overbearing. Good Car, Great Experience I live 2 hours from the dealership and was interested in a 2012 Outback. He gave me an accurate description of the condition of the vehicle, explained their no haggle policy and helped me arrange for financing before my arrival. Upon arrival, there was a problem with the vehicle that needed to be addressed. We took delivery of the Outback and Rich arranged for a loaner to be brought to my home to pick up my car, repair it, and bring it back down (2 hours each way). That's what I call service! Bill Kolb Jr Subaru does not seem to use the Subaru Factory Certified program. My new car had 28,000 miles on it and had original tires and brakes. But the car was priced accordingly. I prefer not to finance the cost of a lot of repair and maintenance work on a used car. I also did not want to pay more for a modest extension on the Subaru powertrain warranty. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Rich Janke at Bill Kolb Jr Subaru. I would recommend them. More

Great place to buy a car This dealership has a no haggle policy and that is what they mean. Immediately they greet you and you feel comfortable. We were looking for a 2010 Outback and Gary our salesman brought us one with low mileage and in great shape. We took it for a test ride and were sold. The dealership checked over the entire car and did whatever service necessary. We took the car home the same day. Gary made sure that he went over the entire car with us and showed us everything about the car. Paul the finance man was very good and again no pressure. Everyone there was professional and pleasant. The experience is the best we have ever had at a dealership. Wish every dealer would treat people the way they do. We will be back and I already tell people this is the place to shop for your Subaru. A refreshing experience I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the dealership and I didn't have to haggle about the price. I went in with a number in my head and to my surprise they were matching the price I wanted to pay. Sergio was great, I didn't even have to sit in the dealership for 1/2 the day. He really made the whole experience great.Then once my car came in Larry took the time out to show me what all the buttons do. I owned a Subaru before so it was a easy transition but it was nice to have the assistance to show me where everything was.
