Howard was extremely kind and thoughtful the second I walked in the door. I had lots of questions and have never purchased a car from a dealership. I love my Subaru I was looking for a new car to replace my Highlander. When my husband and I walked into the bill Kolb dealership we were immediately greeted and give I was looking for a new car to replace my Highlander. When my husband and I walked into the bill Kolb dealership we were immediately greeted and given over to a very competent salesman Sonny Ribps. He asked some questions as to what we were looking for and what kind of things were important to us. He was very knowledgeable on features and was very good at pointing out all the wonderful safety features to us. He was realistic and we felt very honest with us. It was not a hard sell environment, there was a confidence that the car would sell itself. It did!. We went for a test drive and I loved the ride - it was so smooth, the pick up was fantastic, We tried out the forester and the outback and fell in love with the Outback. We put our order in even though we would have a 12 week wait. Sonny called us up the next day and said there was a car on the lot with all our requested features but it was used but with almost no mileage. We went down to look at it and said yes. And drove out of the lot that day. We have been suv drivers for quite awhile but I can truly say that the Subaru is by far the best of all the ones we have had. Any questions I had were promptly answered by the sales team and if our sales rep was not there someone else stepped up to the plate and helped us out. I am very happy with my subaru and can agree with the salemen who said once you drive one- you will want no other make. More
