Mom Loves the Car My husband and I went with my mom to Bill Kolb just to test drive a car and we walked out with her purchasing the Legacy. After owning several Toyota My husband and I went with my mom to Bill Kolb just to test drive a car and we walked out with her purchasing the Legacy. After owning several Toyotas this was a step out of her comfort zone. Holman could not have been more helpful and patient. He took the time to explain all the features and answer any questions we had. With all of the terrible weather as of late, we thought she would have at least a 2 month wait. Fortunately one was on the truck and she was able to drive away with it the next day. She is loving it! The car handles beautifully. Really holds the road and she is feeling safer than she has in a long time. Thank you to Holman, Bill, MaryAnn, Joe and the entire staff for making this daunting experience for my mom so wonderful! When my husband and I are ready to make a purchase, Bill Kolb Subaru will be OUR first stop! More

New Purchase I had to replace my 200,000 mile trusty Subaru Outback, went to Bill Kolb Jr as just about every car in the area has a Bill Kolb Jr plate so you know I had to replace my 200,000 mile trusty Subaru Outback, went to Bill Kolb Jr as just about every car in the area has a Bill Kolb Jr plate so you know they have to be the best! Second Forester we have obtained through the wonderful services of Mr. Stuart Lesser. He is a wonderful , VERY patient man who on both purchases had to endure so many stupid questions. Awesome salesman made my car purchase a breeze I knew what I wanted when I went to Bill Kolb Subaru but was concerned if I could even get my dream car and Howard made it possible. He did not try to oversell anything, He just guided me through the process, asked the right amount of questions and got me the car that I wanted at a fair price. Even the trade-in of my old car was so easy and I think the price I got for it was great as well. All in all, a great experience from a purchasing perspective. Unfortunately, I just had an accident with my brand new car so I am now dealing with the service department already. But once again I am getting excellent customer service from Rob who even helped me make sense of crazy insurance forms to fill out. I would totally recommend this dealership to anybody interested in a Subaru. You will get top notch service on all levels. More

I'd highly recommend Bill Kolb, and especially Howard, to anyone looking for a Subaru. He was thorough and patient and really quite funny. It didn't feel like a fight or a game like at most dealerships. Let's face it, Subaru's pretty much sell themselves, but it makes the buying process much better to have it all explained to you with no pressure and no games with the financials. I test drove it, learned the ins and outs of the car from Howard, and didn't have to look any further. Not only did Howard give us a great trade-in price for our old car, the monthly lease price was right in our preferred range.
