I had a 9:30am appointment to bring in my Subaru for a 90k service and told it would be ready in a couple of hours when I Horrible service department. I had a 9:30am appointment to bring in my Subaru for a 90k service and told it would be ready in a couple of hours when I dropped it off. I came back at 1:30pm after not hearing from them because I was 5 minutes down the road at a family house to find out they did not even move my car. When I asked them why was nothing done they told me it was because I didn’t wait in the cramped waiting room with no seats available and that they were not going to get to it for a while. They also said there was a recall for the brake lines that they will do when serviced. Upon getting upset because the car was there for 4 hours with a 9:30am appointment I told them to give me the keys I will take my business else where and the service person said hold on and went to go get the service manager. When the service manager arrived he said he is sorry he has people waiting and it is going to be a while before we can get your car in we have over 50 appointments today. When asked why did you schedule so many and not do the ones that were there on the time they were supposed to be serviced they said sorry we are busy. More

So I suggest an appointment. More
