Still haven’t received a call back about my center console replacement, they never said anything about my uneven wearing on my tires also my alignment was off which they didn’t bring to my attention w console replacement, they never said anything about my uneven wearing on my tires also my alignment was off which they didn’t bring to my attention when they do that “required test drive” before every oil change and multi point inspection When I went in for service for a noise they took it on a test drive but kinda funny how the noise is still happening and getting worse now my handling/steering is completely garbage funny how they “look over the car” but yet I found 5 problems on my own time to go to Ramsey yall suck More

He is extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru service department. Andrew provided me any pictures I needed and the video to show what was going on with my car. Andrew also went above and beyond to quickly adjust my hood that was completely closed. Not one other person in 4 years has adjusted that knowing that it was not 100% secure. BIG KUDOS for that! He also called me a Lyft back and forth to a near by location as promised. I absolutely love this dealership that I drive almost an hour for service!
