He then checked the inventory and noticed that a grey metallic Limited that we wanted was en route to the dealership and still available. We decided to purchase it and arrived a week earlier than expected. When we picked up the SUV, Howard and the manager did not try to convince us to purchase any additional options like has happened to us in the past. I DIDNOT expect to get such a great service from A Car dealership. They are upfront with ALL the fees; not hiding unknown fees that typical dealerships disclose at customer’s surprise. They negotiated super quick and met our needs in timely manner. I was looking for a surprise but nothing happened LOL. We are genuinely happy with the awesome sales process from Evan, his manager Eric and business manager Marty. They are super patient with our cheap budget on the vehicle and we were able to make a deal. Thank you guys.
