As vital as the phone and the internet have become in our business model, there is nothing like face to face contact. In your case, my sales consultant, Rich, didn't quite know how to respond to your "stealership" comment so rather than reply by email, for the reason stated above, he sought out the advice of his supervisor. I am confused. Did Richard call you immediately and resolve your concerns regarding pricing on the WRX? We are a "One Price" dealership. All of our salespeople are salaried sales consultants. Even though the Outback is produced in Indiana, the majority of the parts are sourced from Japan. Due to the earthquake, all Subaru dealers are receiving 20-30% less inventory for the next three months. Supply will be very limited and prices are scheduled to increase due to the shortage of vehicles. I am glad we were able to get you the vehicle you wanted and the right price. That is one thing you can be sure of. The price we quote is the price you pay. There are no other "hidden fees or extra charges" at time of delivery. No surprises. Just honest to good, lowest pricing with the best service possible. Our DOC fees are only $75 vs other NJ deales that will charge up to $595 for the same service but unfortunately you don't find that out until you are taking delivery.
