These 2 gentlemen bent over backwards to get me in an sti with poor credit. Im amazed how much they cared about me. They are holding the car until I get my tax refund, which might take 2 more weeks. Poor Mar with poor credit. Im amazed how much they cared about me. They are holding the car until I get my tax refund, which might take 2 more weeks. Poor Marty was on the phone all day trying to get me approved, he even had to talk with the big boss at the bank to get it done, and he did. I live in NJ, about 50 miles from this dealership, and in NJ there are about 6 Subaru dealerships within a 40 mile radius of me, I went to 3 of them, and they didnt give me the time of day, and the third I waited for 20 mins for a salesperson to assist me and they never came. Holman gave me top dollar on my trade, which surprised me. This will be my sixth new car I got and this by far was my best experience. Thank God I read the ny post or I never would of got my dream car. Thank you Bill Kolb jr, and most of all thank you Holman and Marty for making my dream come true!! More

In addition to a great rate on my new Legacy, their customer service is fantastic. I initially choose an interior color I thought would be "special". When I went to pick up my new car, I realized my customer service is fantastic. I initially choose an interior color I thought would be "special". When I went to pick up my new car, I realized my choice was not so "special"I . Seeing my disapointment Sam immediately offered to have the interior changed. Two days later I brought my new car back to them, they drove me back to work, and within a few hours I was presented with the beautiful new car I was looking forward to. Trying to please the customer is what business' are supposed to do, but most often don't -Bravo to Sam and Bill Kolb Jr. Subaru. You have a customer for life!! More

I was in the market for a slightly used Subaru at a good price. Unfortunately, my home state of RI had little to offer. My brother lives in W. We started the day off with Sonny who showed us many vehicles. We left for lunch and returned to finalize the deal. Sonny was busy with other customers so Howard took over, concluding the purchase. He understood my budget constraints and was very candid in his approach and options available. He was informative, candid, and managed to address our needs. The manager was also helpful when I noticed a minor discrepency in the final paper work--it was changed without any issue! Mind you, it was a minor one but like many I live on a budget. I LEFT A PROUD OWNER OF A 2013 FULLY LOADED OUTBACK with a complimentary cargo net!! I highly reommend Howard as a sales agent and this dealership. More
