When I brought my car back the third time for the same problem, I provided eight videos proving the problem existed, yet the dealership still could not find anything wrong. The dealership said they would reach out to the "Subaru tech line" and open an "Urgent Request for Customer Assistance" ticket though 7 days after I gave them the car, they still hadn't done this. Although I have previously had good service from this service center, the dealer performed poorly recently when I had a scheduled oil change. It took three and a half hours to change the oil and when I service center, the dealer performed poorly recently when I had a scheduled oil change. It took three and a half hours to change the oil and when I drove out I noticed that the gas meter was showing a reduction of two bars in the amount of gas in the tank, from three bars to one bar. The invoice showed that the car was dropped off (R.O. opened) at 11:59 when in fact I dropped off the car at 10:00 AM. It showed the car being ready at 13:11 when I actually received it at 13:30. More
