This Crosstrek was my first Subaru purchasing experience and it was transformative. And I don’t say that as some expressive pedantry either, I woke up to a normal day without any notion of buying a new car and it was transformative. And I don’t say that as some expressive pedantry either, I woke up to a normal day without any notion of buying a new car and drove one home that night. Howard was exceptionally warm and intuitive and most importantly, informative. I knew almost every bell and whistle on the vehicle before the test drive even started. He made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process which 100% helped me manage my stress levels. Did I mention the entire process, including trading in my vehicle, took less than 9 hours from conception to finality? And speaking of the trade in, I was wholly and completely unprepared which resulted in some not so insignificant paperwork not being available. Howard handled it like a pro. A champ. It was taken care of. The lease payments were fantastic out of the gate and needed very little input from myself. Speaking of, Marty in finance also did a fantastic job explaining the nitty gritty of all facets of financial paperwork and forms, even though it was nearing closing and he had had a DAY. In fact, every person in the dealership that I spoke to was so friendly and personable and made sure I was properly hydrated. I simply cannot recommend Howard and the team at Bill Kolb Jr. enough and will be coming back forever, or at least until we are submerged under water. But hey, they’ll probably figure that out too.
