Smooth Sailing when you purchase a vehicle from Bill Kolb Subaru. So I recently decided it was time to upgrade from my 2004 Impreza Outback Sport, a quick look on Bill Kolb's web site, which actually had Subaru. So I recently decided it was time to upgrade from my 2004 Impreza Outback Sport, a quick look on Bill Kolb's web site, which actually had inventory in stock, and I zeroed in on a 2023 White Crosstrek that was just what I was looking for. 6 Speed manual, cause I've missed throwing gears, and a nicely optioned Premium model. I reached out to Howard Bonfield, my sales person, (this is the 5th car working with Howard & Bill Kolb) and luckily it was still available. The well oiled machine that is in play at Bill Kolb is terrific. Howard sent me emails within 10 minutes from their new software that sends you the car your looking at, complete with all the information on the vehicle as well as lease and finance options that are customizable RIGHT TO YOUR PHONE! I was able to play with down payments, lease options, finance options, and decide which purchasing option was perfect for me before I even got to the dealership. The next morning, I managed to take a test drive, make a deal with Howard and drove it home all in 3 hours, Amazing in these crazy car buying times were in. I also have to mention Eric Abreu, who was filling in for a the finance person who was on vacation, he took care of the finance paperwork and he did a terrific job.
