Totally lied to. Was told my car would be finished by 12:30 after dropping it off at 10:30 and that the management has to take a look at my vehicle. The car was not even ready by 1:30 the excuse was we were busy in the morning when I dropped it off. My response “Okay but now it is the afternoon.” Danielle who I was dealing with took my car to the dealership where I purchased the car and told me that the dealership said it was oil on my glass and the prime protection I purchased does not cover glass. She told me that they used a lot of chemicals on the windshield and no luck. I pointed out to her the bird poop on my windshield which was there since earlier this morning b4 I brought the car in, her response was that first I was mistaken the poop was there afterwards I told her her “look at the streak from my Windhoek wipers” her response was take it over to the dealership right down the block where you purchased the vehicle from”, “I said why didn’t they take care of the poop with the chemicals that they supposedly tried on the vehicle? Her response “take it to the dealership” the service was horrible. The stains are not oil stains!! More
