So grateful for Evan, Paul, and the team from Bill Kolb Jr Subaru. Three years ago we had a horrible experience with another Subaru dealership. Evan gave us all the information we needed and answered all our questions without any pressure. The vehicle we wanted was in demand and he kept an open dialog with us to let us know when the car we wanted would be available. I appreciated his communication and valued that he took the time to get us the car we were looking for. After we agreed on the terms, Paul helped us through the financing and made it a smooth, stress free process. We were dreading to go through the process again but Evan and the team made it a breeze. First of all, we like their sales model of "one team, one dream," so you don't deal with competing sales people and commissions. I don't know why all dealerships aren't like this, honestly.
