I then received a call from a sales person and was able to work out a deal quite easily. All terms were agreed upon before I traveled to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was cheerfully greeted by the salesperson. I spent a few minutes finalizing the financing with the finance manager. The vehicle was in excellent condition, having been cleaned and prepared for me. My only regret was the amount of time it took for the final paperwork to be prepared (admittedly, the paperwork needed to be re-produced because of a change in the names placed on the loan/title). I also regret that the finance department only presented a single extended-warranty option to me. I later discovered there were multiple options. Neither of these experiences affected my decision to purchase a vehicle from this dealer, nor did it affect my very high opinion of the salesperson, Howard Bonfield. One more thing: the dealership felt very safe, from a COVID standpoint, with every employee being masked and the salesroom being very clean. More
