On June 7, 2026, I bought a'26 Frontier Pro4x, which is the first new truck for me in 21 years. I didn't realize Bill Korum was the largest Nissan Dealer in the region. This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Coming from a family who used to work in the car business, I was expecting the normal car salesmen ty experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. I did my financing thru their website and received a phone call back super quickly from Roque. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me, not just in making a sale, which I appreciated so much!! He took the time to explain everything in a way that was very easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The finance manager (Ethan), was just as great! He walked me through all the paperwork, explained my options super clearly, and made the whole process simple and hassle free. What I appreciated most was the honesty and transparency. There were no games and no surprises. They worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and kept everything within the price range I was comfortable with. They didn’t try to upsell or give me a bunch of crap that I didn’t need. I’m telling you, this is by far the best dealership I have ever worked with! The entire team went above and beyond, and I left feeling excited about my purchase. Have below 43,000 miles, the toe rod needs replaced it’s leaking power steering fluid. I told them this and sent a pic. I knew I was out of warranty but they made it sound like maybe they could push it thro leaking power steering fluid. I told them this and sent a pic. So I went, what they really wanted was to give me a second quote and then get me to have it fixed there. Could have done that over the phone. I drove from Lakewood to hear they want $3500. Waste of time, money, and gas. Won’t be back!! More
