For oil changes and general maintenance this dealership is good. However for warranty work I get the impression they would prefer to put it off until the warranty expires. I have 3 things over the years that I have addressed and have been looked at but not fixed. one of my tail lights is delaminating, not a huge deal it’s more cosmetic however with 34,000 miles I don’t feel I should have to live with it. They did swap out one of them but now the other is messed up and I brought it to their attention but it’s still delaminated. The other two are a little more serious. My car stereo randomly powers down. It’s annoying and happens on road trips. Took it to the dealer and they say they can’t replicate the problem. When I purchased a dash cam the stereo randomly shut down while we were getting my phone synced to the dash cam. it happened in front of my service advisor and he admitted he seen it but nothing they could do. Whatever, I’ll wait until it dies I guess and get aftermarket one. Finally my last concern to me is more serious, while in traffic or in a drive through at Starbucks my engine sometimes will sound like it’s in first gear, and the RPM will go between 2 and 3 RPM with low speeds no higher then 10 MPH. Took it in to get looked at and they said they drove it around and could not replicate the problem. If it’s computerized I find it hard to believe they can’t check the history or there is nothing else to check? I googled transmission for my specific year, make, and model and found that apparently it is a problem on some vehicles. If you can’t replicate the issue fine, but at least acknowledge it and maybe give the customer peace of mind and say we have this concern in our computer so if it gets worse let us know and we will extend the warranty on the transmisson an additional 3000 miles at no charge or something like that just for the peace of mind, especially if they have low mileage. Not sure it’s a good idea to let a customer google their concern More

Oil change turned into 2 headlights changed, and battery cables cleaned and sealed. Glad they check things.
