From a quick initial response to my after hours email inquiry about vehicle availability, Which was followed-up by with a prompt (as soon as they opened the following morning) email from Kacey in internet sales confirming the vehicle was there and coordinating with sales. The in-person dealership experience was great. Salesman Austin Parker was knowledgeable and efficient, he was personable and not pushy. Mike in finance thoroughly explained everything, and Adrian coordinated with the detail shop and provided frequent updates on the delivery timeline (very busy Saturday) and delivered a pristine vehicle - he even took the time explain the features and offered to explain further if needed. Hands down one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. More

DO NOT BUY A LEMON LAW BUYBACK FROM THIS DEALER. A lemon law buyback may seem like a good deal but I found out their pricing on them is above and beyond what they are worth. You can take any Buyback A lemon law buyback may seem like a good deal but I found out their pricing on them is above and beyond what they are worth. You can take any Buyback on their website and get an appraisal done and you will see the price is a rip off. I bought one for 43,000 and the certified legal appraisal came back at 15,000 stating it is a lemon law vehicle and has a much lower value than clean title. Also My vehicle has spent 5 months in the shop at this point since my Purchase. I came across a YouTube review done by someone who bought a Lemon Jeep from this dealer and he did an amazing job speaking out about this dealer and the negative experience he had with this dealer. I normally don't post complaints about businesses, but I feel it's important to share my recent experience with this dealership. After dealing with them, it's no surprise their Yelp reviews are so low. The feel it's important to share my recent experience with this dealership. After dealing with them, it's no surprise their Yelp reviews are so low. The customer service is absolutely horrible, and the lack of respect toward customers is unacceptable. For almost two weeks, I've been trying to purchase a vehicle by trading in my current car. All I wanted was a rough estimate of my trade-in value before committing an entire day at the dealership. I explained this clearly, given my work schedule. I have proveide my VIN and all the necessary information about my car and asked if they need phootos. I knew that I needed to bring in my car in physically for a final evaluation. I was dealing with Tanner Smith, who turned out to be one of the rudest salespeople I've ever encountered. I reiterated several times that I am a serious buyer and simply needed a baseline number before moving forward. Instead, Tanner refused to provide any information unless I first filled out what he called a "soft inquiry application." I told him I wasn't comfortable doing that before we had any initial discussion about my trade-in, but he insisted and made it clear he wouldn't help me otherwise. Frustrated, I called the dealership and spoke with one of the sales managers, Lucio (if I recall correctly). He apologized and said that requiring an application before giving a trade-in value is NOT their standard practice. He assured me that someone would reach out to help me right away. That was last week, and since then, I've heard nothing from anyone. This entire experience shows a complete disregard for customer service. The sales staff are unhelpful, dismissive, and frankly, make you feel like your business doesn't matter. If this is how they treat potential buyers, I can't imagine how they treat actual customers. My advice: take your business elsewhere. This dealership clearly doesn't value customers, and they don't deserve your time or money. More
