On July 25, I had an extraordinary experience with our sales rep, Mark Joseph. From the moment we arrived, Mark took us straight to the vehicle we'd found online, quickly grabbed the keys, and had us out sales rep, Mark Joseph. From the moment we arrived, Mark took us straight to the vehicle we'd found online, quickly grabbed the keys, and had us out on a test drive. The truck itself was spectacular — but what really stood out was Mark's approach. He wasn't pushy or high-pressure at all. Instead, he was accommodating, walked us through every detail of the vehicle, and made clear how simple the purchase process would be if we decided to move forward. I explained that my current vehicle was still being evaluated by my insurance company after an accident, so I might not have funds available for a couple of days. Mark simply gave us his contact information and let us go without any pressure to close the deal on the spot — something I really appreciated. After thinking it over for a few hours, I called Mark with some follow-up questions and decided to head back to the dealership that same day to talk through financing based on an upcoming down payment. Mark continued to be accommodating throughout. I also raised a concern with a few staff members about one of the tires rubbing against the front bumper, and they took it seriously, scheduling a closer look for the following week. After weighing our options, we moved forward with the purchase — and it turned out to be one of the best dealership experiences I've had. That goes for Mark, the dealership manager, and the finance representative who helped us close everything out. I was also impressed by the tablet-based technology used to sign all the paperwork. A gentleman also brought the truck around for me after having it detailed and cleaned up — spotless and ready to go. He put on the license plate frame and walked me through a few other things I needed to know about the vehicle. It was a really nice finishing touch to the whole experience. Overall, a wonderful experience. I'll definitely be back the next time I need a vehicle, and I'd recommend Mark Joseph 100% to anyone else looking for one too. More
